Office and logistic complex

Office and Logistic complex will be implemented on the land parcel with total area 32,15 ha within the framework of City Schaslyve concept, which plans to develop the necessary infrastructure in Schaslyve village, Boryspil district, Kyiv region.

City Schaslyve is positioned as unique mixed-use destination which except an Office and Logistic complex includes a world class shopping-mall, exhibition complex, aquapark and other themed attractions, cultural activities, business hotels, residential complexes, and other recreation opportunities for almost 4 million people that live within 15-minutes drive from Schaslyve village and for people of other parts of Ukraine and for foreign companie’s members ready to start or expand their businesses in Ukraine.

Office and Logistic complex includes 10 typical office buildings with multilevel ground parking, 3 office buildings, 8 logistic complexes, hotel and recreational complex, which cosists of hotel fo 200 rooms and sport and recreational complex.
