European fashion for country life is gradually gaining popularity among our fellow citizens. According to the data of sociological polling every forth dweller of Ukraine dreams to change his life in a noisy flat for out-of-town dwelling–with larger area and the level of comfort which is analogous to the city.So,it is quite natural that out-of-town construction in Ukraine is speeding up.
The fashion for the so-called “country life” has reached Ukraine. Nowadays it it difficult to surprize somebody by a luxurious apartment in the center of Kiev – but having country house or a comfortable flat in a out-of-town housing estate sounds more optimistic. In our newspaper we have already given information that such housing estate will be built in Shchaslyve village. Though the word «such» is not quite appropriate here, because there are still no analogues of such construction so far. As of today you can purchase dwelling for yourself either in «the sun city» or at «the clear lakes», but maximum you can expect in such situation is more or less normal flat and the entrance to the building paved with asphalt in a slapdash matter. And further on you will have an opportunity to feel all “amenities” of the country life: problems with water-supply, sewerage system, power supply irregularity, garbage disposal, etc. The reason lies in the fact that, as a rule, developers join the existing infrustructure of the inhabited locality where they build such buildings. And sure, you know the situation with our housing offices and similar organizations. So we have the situation that we paid a great deal of money for dwelling, but we do not get an adequate servicing. «City State» Company in its presentation immediately accentuated the following: the building will have a separative infrastructure. For this purpose the company even agreed to repair and replace all power transmission lines in the vilaage.
The article about the future construction of this building caused great response: our editorial office was asked to give further detailed information about the possibility to purchase an apartment in Shchaslyve village. But, according to primary information of «City State» Company, these apartments will be sold in limited parts, i.e. tranches, so it’s quite natural that those people who want to purchase such apartments in the building started to force the situation in order not to be surpassed.
Taking into consideration the interest of our readers in purchasing apartments in the building which is being built along Lesya Ukrainka Stree, 14, we came to Viktoriya Shurlygina, the Head of Marketing Department of «City State» Company, with the request to tell us about the situation with the sale of apartments.
Corr.: Viktoriya, how quickly are apartments of the first tranche being sold?
V.Sh.: These days we signed the first agreement for sale of an apartment. On the whole potential buyers are rather active. It’s worth mentioning that today 78 apartments from the first tranche are already reserved, taking into consideration that the total number of apartments of the 1st tranche is 93. Nowadays there is a certain situation in the market of real estate: in the cities the cost of 1 square meter of living space is falling in price, whereas contry real estate is increasing in price almost every day. But it doesn’t scare our buyers at all, because they have already realized positive aspects and advantages of such construction as ours.
Corr.: Would you be so kind to tell us about the complex which is going to be built in detail …
V.Sh.: The main idea of the construction of our out-of-town complex in Shchaslyve village is to create a unique system “city in the city”, which combines modern dwelling of European quality and thoroughly developed infrastructure.
Corr.: Demand for country real estate is increasing every day. The market is swiftly developing, the volume of propositions is increasing, the prices are going up. How can you explain this tendency?
V.Sh.: We all are striving to run away from a fussy and stuffy city somewhere close to the nature. So, if there is an opportunity to settle in a comfortable, spacious apartment, built according European standards, not far from the capital but at a considerably cheaper price, why not using this opportunity? Those people who want to experience all amenities of a real capital life but out of the city – you’re welcome to join future owners of apartments in our housing estate!
