We continue our rubric “Today our guest is the Head of Marketing Department  of  «Сity State» Company, Viktoriya Shurlygina, she is eagerly going to answer our numerous questions concerning housing complex which is going to be built by «Сity State» Company along Lesia Ukrainka Street in Shchastlyve Village. 

Corr.: Viktoriya, after our article in our newspaper concerning the housing complex “the city in the city” was published. A lot of people are eager to purchase an apartment in your complex and “to live happily”. But, unfortunately, not all people who want to do it, have such sum of money. Does your company consider such variants as, say, sale of apartments by installments?

V.Sh.: To be honest, our public reception receives a lot of peoples’ inquires with such questions. Being a client-oriented company, we have recently decided to meet potential clients’ desires and have made our mind concerning the opportunity to give payment by installments but not more than one month.

Corr.: It means that payment by installments is possible for one month only – why is this term so short?

V.Sh.: The matter is that as of today the price policy at the real estate market is not stable.  First of all it is related to the constant price rising for building materials. For example, during last several months the prices for some building materials have risen by 25-50 % (since the price for gas for manufacturing has considerably increased). The same way the prices of off-takers are increased, and this price chain is finished by the primary real estate market. That is, taking into consideration, that the today’s price of an apartment in our apartment is stable, but tomorrow it can be doubled, so nor us, neither our purchasers want to delay the process of purchasing.

Corr.: Has an unstable market situation impacted on the cost of apartments in your housing complex?

Taking into account all above mentioned, we had to increase the price per 1 square meter by 50 conventional units. But according to new price our offer remains one of the most profitable for the purchaser at the local market of real estate. It’s worth noting that the investors who paid full cost of an apartment have advantages: they won’t be touched by a possible increase of prices for 1 sq.m during the process of construction.

Corr.: And what can you say on that fact that some of the dweller of Shchastlyve Village have doubts concerning implementation of the project of “City State” Company?

V.Sh.: On the whole, the people usually have doubts concerning something new and something of a large-scale parameters. Our company has really developed a unique and huge project “the city in the city” and announced about it to the public. It’s quite understandable that some skeptical people doubt in realizing of our plans. But we have already started our construction, and the tempos of it are progressing, and the sales of apartments of the first trance are successfully going on.
