Developers company City State (Kiev) is going to set into operation the first line of construction of the countryside complex in Schastlyve area (Boryspil district, Kiev)

 

As “Interfax Ukraine” was informed, during the construction of a country complex, City State  first of all is going to build two multistorey-houses with social amenities infrastructure on the area of 55 square meters on Lesi Ukrainky str. 12 and Lesi Ukrainky str. 14.

 

“The main idea of the complex in Schastlyve is creation of the unique system “city in the city”, which can unite modern apartments of European quality and thoroughly considered infrastructure” – stated the representatives of the company City State.

 

During realization of the project it is foreseen to reconstruct Lesi Ukrainky str. and to build two-sided dual-dual highway. At the same time in the eastern part of Schastlyve it is supposed to build office and exhibition centres, commercial and entertaining complexes, which will include hypermarket as well.

 

It is also in plans to construct aqua park on the territory of complex with opened and indoor pools, water attractions, saunas, three- and four-leveled parking. Company didn’t state the amount of investment into this project to an agency.

 

Interfax agency was also told that City State is going to start reconstruction of the office building on Yanvarskogo Vosstaniya str. in Pechersk area and it's production department which is on the territory of Nignyaya Telychka in Golosievsky area, Kiev at the present time.

 

Let us remind that developers company City State, was launched in April 2007 and is headed by the famous Ukrainian businessman Anatoliy Yurkevytch, . A. Yurkevytch is well known as a joint owner of Milk holding company “Milkyland”, commercial and entertainment complex “Magelan” and publishing house “Maximum”.
