Shopping and entertainment centre

The Shopping and entertainment centre will be implemented on the land parcel with total area 32,47 ha within the framework of City Schaslyve concept, which plans to develop the necessary infrastructure in Schaslyve village, Boryspil district, Kyiv region.

City Schaslyve is positioned as unique mixed-use destination which except a Shopping and entertainment centre includes an exhibition complex, aquapark and other themed attractions, cultural activities, business hotels, residential complexes, and other recreation opportunities for almost 4 million people that live within 15-minutes drive from Schaslyve village and for people of other parts of Ukraine and for foreign companie’s members ready to start or expand their businesses in Ukraine.

Shopping and entertainment centre includes offices, furniture and construction materials hypermarkets, grocery hypermarket, entertainment zone and two-level parking.
