During several months more and more “green construction fences” has appeared in our village . One of them, that appeared recently along Lesi Ukrainky str. has drawn a great interest of the local inhabitants. Everybody knows that such “green lighthouses” are the evidences of new construction. But what will be built exactly and how this construction will affect calm country life nobody knows. As usual every change immediately causes negative reaction of the population. Nobody even tries to understand whether it is good or bad. But can  village only win from such construction? You see, constructor plans to build sidewalk. It is supposed to develop pavement 5,5 meters wide, made from sidewalk tiles, along Lesi Ukrainky str. The street will be finally put in order, receive new picturesque view and become an avenue.

That is why we will not measure depth of street puddles and step aside from jeeps, which rush past the roadway, because it is their territory! With the construction which will be built along the green fence everything is clear – everybody wants to peep over the fence.

 

As it was got known by editorial staff there, along this street investment building company City State is going to built modern apartment complex – the first step to development of the village Schastlyve. But what positive results this will bring to our village? In the beginning of the project there will be built two four stored residential houses with attic, studio planning type on the place of canteen and one-storied administrative center. Such constructions will decorate the village and give to it an esthetic appearance.

 

 

Construction of modern residential complex has a lot of positive points for Schastlyve inhabitants. Let’s look them through in short. “Heel of Achilles” is the roadway problem for our village. According to construction plan, company City State will build two sided road, and between the sides there will be a green zone.

 

Because of insufficient provision with water in village there would be made additional artesian wells. It is planned to build 6 new wells till the beginning of construction. While construction their amount will be enlarged. Also there will be placed pumping plant of the second lifting with powerful deironing installation, which will delete remised iron, manganese and sulphuretted hydrogen from water. Installation of central storm sewerage system will improve ecological situation in village.

 

It’ll provide complex protection from day water for the village. Present networks, which ran out of operating period, will be replaced, too. All the sewerage systems and water pipes will be centralized and put in good order.

 

One more advantage of residential complex construction is renewing of extinguishing station, namely installation of fire main with fire-plugs for water withdrawal from water-supply using fire columns for local requirements of fire-fighting. While it is very important for our village, because local firemen repeatedly noted that this problem is inconclusive in Schatlyve. Recent fire in ambulance station has confirmed this: to fill up fire-engine you have to go to another village, but if the fire is scaled and can’t be delayed?

Also, as company City State plans, there will be enlarged facilities of sewerage and pumping plant, installed new collector taking into consideration village development. During snowfalls we had an opportunity to see the condition of our networks.

 

That is why we had to stay without electricity for two days. For no-break power supply there would be brought two substations 330/110 kilowatt and CY-110, built networks from station 330/110 kilowatt and brought to the village, reconstructed present substations and power lines. Intensification of substations capacity will further increase in quality of electricity. Now it won’t disappear when simultaneously work an iron and a teapot.

 

That is why we don’t need to conceive something new in such hostile way. You see, all this company is going to make will improve the life in our village. You should agree that it is much better to live in a nice, clean village with well developed infrastructure and high level of living, than puddle dirt and scold everyone in our bad living.
